- Stage 3 — Quoting and Contracts: Line-item quoting, deposit structures, and what your contract must include to protect you.
- Stage 4 — Logistics and Ordering: Order timelines, backup sourcing, and managing multiple suppliers for a single event.
- Stage 5 — Delivery and Setup: Scheduling installation, working with venue coordinators, and handling last-minute changes on the day.
- Stage 6 — After the Wedding: Follow-up, reviews, referrals, and building a repeat client base through styled shoots and vendor relationships.
